چکیده مقاله:

Unexplained infertility refers to the absence of a definable cause for a couplechr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s failure to achieve pregnancy, even after standard diagnostic methods including semen analysis, endometrial biopsy, etc. However, with the advancement of knowledge and technology and the implementation of complex evaluation methods, especially in the last two decades, the prevalence of this problem has decreased and now the reported prevalence of infertility is 12.5% among women and 10.1% among men. In this paper, the causes of infertility in men and women as well as the role of various factors such as environment and genetics in infertility are examined and then the common artificial reproductive methods are described. In the following, we will take a brief look at the legal issues related to the infertility treatment methods.
